Healthy Schools National Award!
A Health Promoting School has been defined by the Welsh Network of Healthy School Schemes as one which actively promotes and protects the physical, mental and social well-being of its community through positive action by such means as policy, strategic planning and staff development with regard to its curriculum, ethos, physical environment and community relations.
We were very proud to receive the National Quality Award in autumn 2019. This is the most prestigious award within the Healthy Schools scheme. We are delighted to have retained the award through two further reassessments, having developed our Healthy Schools work further.
